30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be happy with LooprQR. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of the order date, no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Payments for LooprQR are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, you can:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us through the support channel on your dashboard, and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or via the Paddle-hosted customer portal. After cancellation, you keep access to Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No future charges will be made.
Renewals Outside the 30-Day Window
For renewal charges that fall outside the 30-day window, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where there is good reason (for example, an unintended renewal where the Service was not used). Contact us via Paddle and we will work with you in good faith.
Chargebacks
Please contact us or Paddle before filing a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly and a chargeback can interrupt your access while the dispute is investigated.
