These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of LooprQR (the "Service"), a dynamic QR-code platform operated by Simba Adventures Ltd. ("Simba Adventures", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

LooprQR lets you generate dynamic QR codes that link to a short URL you control. You can update the destination of a printed QR code at any time from your dashboard. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the limits of your chosen plan.

2. Acceptance & Authority

By using the Service you confirm you are at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction and that, if you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the destination URLs and any content you supply. You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the legality of the content you link to.

6. Intellectual Property

Simba Adventures Ltd. retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, documentation, and branding. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

7. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. The terms of sale, payment, billing, tax, subscription cancellation and refunds are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard or via the Paddle-hosted customer portal — you will keep access to paid features until the end of the current paid period.

8. Service Level & Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion would be unlawful.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Simba Adventures Ltd. harmless from any claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Simba Adventures Ltd.'s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
